There is some good news for the construction company and that's the improved confidence that many in the industry have been showing in recent months regarding the ability of more construction companies to obtain collateral based equipment leasing to facilitate company growth. Almost ten percent of businesses involved in the equipment leasing industry suggested they believed the economic future of leasing would improve in the next year which is an increase from the last survey that was taken of over a hundred percent. Less than five percent of companies reported a positive opinion about the economy months ago.
